Caipiroska
Also Known As: Caipivodka
The famous Brazilian Caipirinha made with vodka.

Glass: Old-Fashioned
Recipe:
- Wash the lime and roll it on the board to loosen the juices.
- Cut a lime in 6-8 wedges.
- Muddle in a mixing glass with brown sugar.
- Pour the vodka in the mixing glass. Any vodka will do but as always, a premium brand is better.
- Add 4-6 ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Pour the whole into an old-fashionned glass (along with the ice).
- Serve with a straw.

Just made this for the first time tonight... never had one before. Absolutely delicious! Fresh sweet with a tang... very nice!
