Gingerbread Collins

A fantastic twist on the Tom Collins. Very simple to make, just replace the traditional sugar syrup with Monin Gingerbread syrup (NOT to be confused with Ginger Syrup). Try with care, you won't want a normal Tom Collins again after trying this

Ingrédients [ oz | cl ][ Mon bar ]
1 23 oz Gin[ Ajouter ]
1 trait Angostura Bitters[ Ajouter ]
810 oz Jus de citron[ Ajouter ]
12 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup[ Ajouter ]
1 partie Club soda[ Ajouter ]
Méthode: Préparer dans un shaker
Verre: Highball
  1. In a shaker, half fill a with ice add the gin, lemon juice, syrup (NOT GINGER SYRUP) and a few drops of bitters.
  2. Shake vigoursly!
  3. Strain into glass and top with a little Soda water

Volume: 3,9 oz

The only place I have ever seen make this cocktail is Fallon & Byrne in Dublin - the mixologist there is fantastic and if you are ever in Dublin, I would highly recommend a visit to the upstairs bar - if only to try their Jalepeno Margarita!
