Created at the Townhouse Bar & Grill in Emeryville, California in the mid-1990s by Paul Harrington (author of Cocktail: The Drinks Bible for the 21st Century), the Jasmine is a modern classic, and a great introduction to Campari for those trying it for the first (or the fifth) time.

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
1 12 oz Gin[ Add ]
14 oz Cointreau[ Add ]
14 oz Campari[ Add ]
34 oz Lemon Juice[ Add ]
Method: Prepare in a shaker
Glass: Cocktail
Recipe:
  1. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist
