Cherry Bubblecake

Sweet, fun easy to make drink - a touch of luxury without the cost.

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
6 oz Prosecco[ Add ]
1 oz Cherry Liqueur[ Add ]
1 oz Amaretto[ Add ]
1 dash Simple Syrup[ Add ]
Method: Prepare in the glass
Glass: Flute
Recipe:
  1. Drop a cherry in the glass (glace will do)
  2. Add the cherry liqueur, the amaretto and the sugar syrup
  3. Top up with the prosecco or cava.

Alcohol units: 3.5 standard drinks
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 15%

Now I get it. So the Cherry Heering type (coloured) liqueur is the right choice. Will try it. Thanks!

Hi Johnnie I used a basic cherry brandy liqueur (unbranded) but you're right about the difference being huge. The only problem is the luxardo wouldn't turn it red and it would probably look brown from the amaretto.

The cherry liqueur - more like Luxardo Maraschino, or more like Cherry Heering? Because the difference is huge. :)
