A fruity cocktail reminiscent of tropical beaches. Great with a main course. Even better to clean the palette after a main course, or with desert.

- Fill glass with ice (cools glass while preparing recipe).
- Muddle quarter of a lime in a shaker. Remove peel. Add ice, Mirdori, Malibu, Banana Liqueur and pinapple juice to shaker and shake vigourously for 30 seconds (build a nice pineapple foam).
- Strain contents over ice in hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a slice of Pineapple and a marischino cherry.
