Margarita
Saltiness, sweetness and sharpness all at once. A sweetened version of one of the most classic cocktails.

Glass: Margarita
Recipe:
- Mix the Tequila and Cointreau (or Triple sec). They need to come out of the freezer, otherwise let the mix rest in the freezer until very cold.
- To prepare the glass, add salt to the glass rim. The salt will hold if you wet the rim with a lime wedge just before you dip the glass in salt.
- Add ice and the frozen juice concentrate to the mix and shake!
- Feel free to add less (or more) juice concentrate to make the drink stronger or less.

History
This is not the original Margarita recipe.
This one took me quite a while and lots of unsuccessful attempts before I got it right. First, I tried crushing ice cubes with a hammer (!!). Then with a blender. Then I tried letting the mix sit in the Freezer for a while... Until finally I got the idea of using frozen lime juice concentrate to get a slush-like texture and a sweeter taste...
