- Pour all ingredients into a shaker half-full of ice
- Shake loosely
- Add 3-4 mint leaves in the shaker and shake again
- Use a fine-strainer to serve into a chilled cocktail glass
- Add a few dashes of black pepper on top
- Garnish with mint spring - lime & orange peel
