History
This is my take on the Vesper Martini from Ian Fleming’s 1953 James Bond novel “Casino Royale”. Vesper Lynd was Bond’s precious dark haired lover & his most infamous betrayer. The now legendary drink has undergone many adaptations. This version using Earl Grey tea adds a smooth sophisticated element that, like Vesper herself, is lovingly familiar yet daringly unexpected. I call it the “Vesper Grey”. - Daniel Robinson
