Recipe:
- Prepare a chilled cocktail glass with a cinnamon flavored sugar on the rim.
- Shake all the ingredients with ice for a few seconds
- Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum works very well.
- Strain into the cocktail glass.

History
Created in 1996 by Tony Abou-Ganim while working in the Starlight Room atop the historic Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is located right on the Nob Hill Cable Car tracks and the catch phrase for the Starlight Room was “Between The Stars and the Cable Cars”.
