Glass: Cocktail
Recipe:
- Muddle lime juice and mint leaves in a tall glass.
- Add rum and crushed ice.
- Finish off with club soda.
- Top with lime wedge and mint sprig.

History
I found this on the Malibu website while looking for a summer drink. It works very well. The only sweetness is from the rum. You can adjust the mint and lime to your liking, and add the club soda to taste.
