Hi Johnniepop,
I did not swap the peach schnapps, I used diet ginger ale instead of normal ginger ale. Sorry for the confusion.

Swap the each schnapps for more ginger ale? I don't understand - this doesn't make much sense. Remove an ingredient and you have a different cocktail. It is a different thing, if the p.s. feels too much and you reduce its quantity. On a greatest extent, the schnapps can be swapped for peach bitters, but even that quite a deviation.

I thought the peach flavor was a little too dominant, though I used diet ginger ale in my mix.
