- Mix milk and strawberry syrup in a shaker to a milkshake like state.
- Put the strawberry milkshake into the old-fashioned glass.
- Put the licor 43 into a shot glass
- Place the shot glass in the old fashioned glass.
- Drink in one mouthful so they mix.

History
This drink was invented when me and a couple of friends had to make the worst drink imaginable; Fernet minta and milk in a jägerbomb glass. For reasons unknown it turned out okay, and we perfected it with a bartender into the drink above.
