- Fill a longdrink glass with crushed ice.
- Add Batida de Coco and then very slowly add the Passoa so it stays on top of the Batida.
- Now also add the Grenadine very slowly, so it goes under the Batida.
- You should now have 3 layers.
- Serve the (fresh) orange juice in a seperate glass so the customer can add it to its own taste.
