Apples and Cherries

A very tasty combination good at any time, but goes down well with a coffee at the end of a good meal.

| 1 part Cherry Liqueur | [ Add ] |
| 0.5 part Lime Juice | [ Add ] |
| 2 Morello cherries in cider brandy | [ Add ] |
| 0.5 part Cream | [ Add ] |
Glass: Cocktail
Recipe:
- Shake all the liquids over ice.
- Pour into small cocktail glass or tumbler.
- Add the cherries and serve

History
This is a great combination and means you don't have to use the most expensive Calvados, most cider brandies will work. If you can get the marinaded Morello cherries they are a fantastic addition, otherwise any cherry will probably do.
