- Muddle the mint and cucumber slices with a little bit of the syrup
- Add the Lime juice, Hendricks Gin, Bitters and the rest of the syrup
- Half fill the shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of cucumber

A friend of mine taught me this cocktail, I have taken the picture from the hendricks website! It does actually look like that!

MISTAKE: the recipe asks for "bitters" but there are none listed in the ingredient list.
