A classic cocktail made with brandy and ginger ale

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
1 12 oz Brandy[ Add ]
1 dash Angostura Bitters[ Add ]
3 oz Ginger Ale[ Add ]
Method: On the rocks
Glass: Beer
Recipe:
  1. Add a few ice cubes in a short glass.
  2. Pour the brandy (or bourbon) over the ice cubes.
  3. Top with ginger ale.
  4. Add a dash of bitters.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest.

For me this one is best with bourbon. Not that it's bad with brandy/cognac anyway.

A great cocktail, also works well with gin or a smooth whiskey (Jamesons, any Bourbon or Rye whiskey)
