Mimosa

A classic brunch cocktail, named after the tropical flowering shrub.

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
4 oz Champagne[ Add ]
2 dashes Grand Marnier[ Add ]
2 oz Orange Juice[ Add ]
Method: Prepare in the glass
Glass: Flute
Recipe:
  1. Fill a flute glass one-quarter with orange juice.
  2. Add 2 dashes of Grand Marnier (or any other orange liqueur like Triple Sec and Cointreau)
  3. Top with Champagne (or any other sparkling wine)

I like to add equal parts pineapple juice and OJ then top off with a splash of Triple Sec. Smooths things out nicely.

Personally, I would use cointreau instead of Grand Marnier as GM unless u like mimosa towards the "sour" side.
