Southern Warmer

An excellent cocktail made with Southern Comfort (or at a pinch, peach schnapps) to sooth the throat and warm the cockles for those suffering a cold.

2 oz Southern Comfort	[ Ajouter ]
1 c. à café Miel	[ Ajouter ]
6 oz Lait	[ Ajouter ]

Recette:

Best to use runny honey for this cocktail.
Add honey to milk in a mug, and warm (in a pan, or in microwave). Don't let milk boil.
Add shot of Southern Comfort, stir well.
Sit back and relax as the drink soothes your throat and warms your spirit.
You can vary the amounts to suit taste.

Histoire

I came up with this' when I had a cold and was looking to make a classic hot toddy. No Whiskey, but plenty of Southern Comfort. NO idea if it has been created under another name but this works just fine.
