If you don't feel comfortable using oz, cl, ml or all the derived units, why don't you just use the safe variants - parts or shots?

I doubt that. 100cl of Vodka is 1L or 34 US oz or 35 imperial oz. This is one HUGE drink for sure, enough for a large drink for at least 30 people!

Not sure what the problem is with the measurements? These are what i put into the website? Possible a UK / USA measurement issue? I think uk fluid ounces they are about right?

Yes, this is good now. The previous quantities seemed more suitable for a punch bowl. But neither the type of the ingredients, nor the technique seem fit for a punch recipe.
On the other hand there is a brand name in the cocktail's name, and it hasn't been mentioned elsewhere. I'm assuming the lychee liqueur have to be of that brand.
