Recette:

Stir first 7 ingredients in large punch bowl.
Refrigerate until cold.(Can be made 6 hours ahead. Keep refrigerated).
Add block of ice or ices cubes to bowl with punch.
Ladle punch into glasses.

Histoire

Every island in the Caribbean has its own version of rum punch, usually to highlight the virtues of the locally produces spirit. If we were cast away on a Caribbean island, we'd like to find this cooler waiting at that palm-shade bar on the beach.
