Lemon Juicy

Type: Mixer (part of the Lemon Juice category)
A faux lemon juice made from pantry shelf stable ingredients.

Mix well:
1 cup water
1-1/4 teaspoon citric acid
1-1/2 teaspoon corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract, slightly shy
mix all ingredients well & refrigerate after making. Just like the authentic version, it can spoil.

Alcohol by volume: 1%
