Brazilian Coffee
A shot of rum added to your coffee

Method: Prepare in glass
Glass: Mug
Recipe:
- Preheat the mug
- Whisk the cream slightly in a bowl so that it takes shape - don't whip it!
- Pour the rum and the sugar in the mug and mix them
- Add the coffee
- Carefully pour the thickened cream on the top using the back of a spoon. It will float on top.
