Pimm's Tropical Lounger

Refreshing Mango and Passionfruit cocktail infused with Pimm's, Cherry Brandy, Cointreau & Lime. Perfect for a slow summer drink.

| 8⁄10 oz Pimm's | [ Add ] |
| 1⁄2 oz Cherry Liqueur | [ Add ] |
| 1⁄2 oz Cointreau | [ Add ] |
| 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice | [ Add ] |
| 2 oz Mango Juice | [ Add ] |
| 1 dash Grenadine | [ Add ] |
Glass: Highball
Recipe:
- Fill up a highball glass with ice and pour 3/4 Mango and Passionfruit juice into it.
- Shake up 25ml of Pimm's, 17.5ml of Cointreau, 17.5ml of Cherry Liqueur along with a shot of lime juice and a dash of grenadine.
- Once shaken up, make sure that there is ice up to the brim of the glass and slowly pour the mixture over the ice to create nice levels between the juice and the mixture.
- Garnish with fruit that is appropriate to the drink and serve.

History
Whilst working in a bar in Portsmouth, a customer asked whether there were any cocktails on the drink's menu that involved Pimm's. Having only ever made a Pimm's & Lemonade before....I had a play around and came up with Pimm's Tropical Lounger (Implying that the Pimm's owns the drinks)
