Method: On the Rocks
Glass: Old-Fashioned
Recipe:
- Smash the lime wedges with the sugar cane grain sugar (or regular sugar) inside the glass with a muddler
- Add 2 ice cubes
- Add Rum (St-James is a good choice)
- Stir with spoon
