Recette:
- Mix juices and Cachaça in a shaker with some ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass, over some crushed ice.
- Add Campari and stir gently.
- Finally, fill it up with Tonic Water.

Histoire
I always wanted to try something that involved Campari because, in my opinion, it hasn't yet been recognized appropriately. This was the result. The combination of Campari and Tonic Water results in a refreshing bitter feeling (in french: "amère") while the Campari gives it a characteristic red look.

Maybe somewhat too much of a mix for my taste. The idea of tonic and campari put together sounded promising, but the end result somehow disappointed me.
