Method: On the Rocks
Glass: Collins
Recipe:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour the rum. The original Bermuda recipe calls for Goslings Black Seal.
- Top with Ginger Ale. Again, in Bermuda, they use Barrit's.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
